The price of 5.5mm WPC is basically the same price level as Vinyl's 5.0mm lock and glue-free products, but higher than magic buckle, and much higher than water-washing glue and ordinary PVC floor (brush glue type); The installation cost of WPC is much lower than ordinary brush glue PVC floor, lower than ordinary PVC lock floor, and glue-free PVC floor. 

The installation cost of magic buckle and water-washing glue PVC floor is not much different; The waterproofness of WPC is quite good, and the waterproofness of the wood-plastic layer is also very stable. On the contrary, magic buckle, water-washing glue, and ordinary brush glue PVC floor involve glue, so the waterproof effect is average; In terms of installation convenience, WPC is relatively convenient because it is installed by Angle-Tap, which is suitable for DIY. Of course, Dry back, which needs to be brushed separately, is the worst in this regard. 

WPC flooring is definitely good in terms of quietness and foot feel, especially WPC flooring with cork or EVA pads; WPC is also very good in terms of environmental protection, including formaldehyde emission, heavy metals, and especially Reach test, all 144 items passed. 

WPC flooring is weak in terms of recyclability after use, because WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) cannot be recycled and reused, while PVC flooring of other products can be recycled and used as recycled materials 

3. Several issues that need to be paid attention to in communication between WPC and customers 

(1) Because the LVT layer of WPC is generally only 1.5mm thick, try to choose a relatively flat board pattern, and do not use hand-scratched and Classic slate (slate pattern), otherwise the defective rate of pressing will be very high.

(4) Regarding the size of WPC, some may mention that a width of 143mm is required. Our products used to have this width, but after testing and mass production experience, the loss of 143mm will be greater, so it is uniformly changed to 146mm. Less wear means lower cost. 

(5). When preparing WPC samples, especially when a whole sample is needed, please be sure to assemble it yourself to see if there are any problems. 

Some samples were defective in the early stage. It is okay to make a small sample, but the whole piece may have problems such as height difference and bevel joints when assembled, so please confirm it before sending it. Otherwise, the effect will be even worse after sending it. 

2. Stone plastic floor 

SPC: Stone plastic floor SPC (Stone plactic composite) is a new type of environmentally friendly floor developed based on high technology. It has the characteristics of zero formaldehyde, mildew resistance, moisture resistance, fire resistance, insect resistance, and simple installation.
